As a Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for providing primary leadership to the management team for all on-property and off-property marketing for Hilton Grand Vacations.
You will focus on expansion of the company’s capacity to identify and reach potential customers for its resort ownership product through the effective management of a wide range of promotions and program, physical marketing locations, and marketing representatives.

- Salary is $107,000 per year, plus bonuses governed by a compensation plan. Marketing Director have targeted annual earnings of $215,000 per year.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Establishes and monitors on-site and off-site marketing systems, generating prospects from the local tourists, hotel guests, owners of HGV mini-vacation and VIP packages, owner referrals, and special events to HGV’s Sales Galleries.
- Works with leaders from Sales and Marketing and regional team members to plan and implement a successful domestic and Japanese minivac programs.
- Collaborate with the Directors of Marketing for both the Domestic and Japan markets.
- Serves as the company’s primary contact for the hotel management, as well as the landlords for marketing locations and 3rd party marketing partners.
- Works with business operations to analyze ongoing results by source and business unit and seek ways to increase performance or efficiency.
- Recruits, trains and motivates Marketing Managers, Team Leaders, and Marketing Executives, monitoring individual performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assists in the development of annual marketing plan and budget.
- Represents Hilton Grand Vacations in a professional manner, creating good relationships and a friendly atmosphere.
- Carries out reasonable requests by management that the employee is capable of performing.

To fulfill this role successfully, you have the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 5 years of marketing management experience in a branded timeshare environment
- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent leadership skills
- The ability to read, understand and interpret financial documents
- Ability to travel inter-island, the US mainland and internationally, if needed
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of Director level experience
