Compensation/Benefits:
· $16hr base + uncapped commission (Average reps earn $50-80k. Top producing reps earn $100k+)

o New Hire Orientation
o Training adheres to various styles of learning – Classroom setting, virtual learning, role playing, shadowing, hands-on on the floor training

· Sales Reps work a 30-hour work week (6 hours sifts, 5 days a week)

Job Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· At least 18 years old
· Must be able to stand on feet throughout shift
· Must be able to communicate and work in a face-to-face sales environment
