Job Description

What will I be doing?
As an In-House Sales Specialist you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our record-breaking resorts.  
  • Communicate the benefits of traveling through Bluegreen Vacations and Hilton Grand Vacations.  
  • Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
  • Present and deliver sales presentation to current owners in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals. 

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • A positive and winning attitude
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Previous timeshare experience
  • Previous experience in a processed sales environment
  •  Self-motivated and driven to succeed
