As an In House Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for the promotion of booking eligible onsite guests to attend the HGV presentation or the selling of a vacation package to HGV resort. Responds to guests in a timely manner and represents HGV’s Cultural Values while demonstrating Customer Services based on HGV Values.
- Each team member is encouraged to carry out all reasonable requests by management, which the team member is capable of performing
- Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that meet tour site qualifications determined by the marketing managers.
- Completes required paperwork accurately and disposition is entered in CRM tool (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) for each customer contact and tour.
- Provides location related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific assistance or information.
- Maintains established Minimum Performance Standard on monthly basis.
- Reviews production reports and advises MOD in writing on any challenges within the month the tour shows or package is sold.
- Contacts all guests through onsite call campaigns through company CRM systems.
- Provides information to Fulfillment Department to accurately assist with offering the guest the ability to be pre-gifted as a service prior to tour.
What are we looking for?
To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- 1+ year of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
- Must be highly driven and a self-starter
- Detailed understanding of local area
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
