As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be focusing on bringing high potential candidates to join HGV for a dynamic career.
We are looking for someone who are well connected in the commercial talent communities, continually on a quest to network and search to find great talents in spaces that others miss. Also, someone who is laser focused on the talent needs, can match the business needs with your pool of sources.
- Support applicants and hiring managers effectively through the whole hiring process.
- Work with recruiting vendors/agencies to effectively generate many applicants and hire targeted number of people in a timely manner.
- Review the leads from various applications, and work with the Human Resources and Talent acquisition team to adjust the language / location / channel of postings in order to maximize lead traffic.
- Draw upon your talent network pool and lead prospective applicants through the application process.
- Work with and update Department heads and managers to incorporate candidate follow-up results on future planning and actions.
- Analyze various recruiting resources including job boards, career sites and other hiring approaches and work on solutions to improve recruiting
- Lead, organize and coordinate hiring events to expand candidates pool and build pipelines
- Work in coordination with global teams in Hawaii and U.S. mainland for TA initiatives, projects, data reporting and analysis.
- Attend global TA meetings for Departments in charge and update recruitment status and planning.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.

- Ability to travel locally to attend trainings and job fairs
