As a Groundsperson you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Perform outstanding routine and special general labor work assignments as directed by management
- Efficiently handle the care, maintenance, and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape, as well as general cleanliness
- Remove and re-install trash dumpsters to help maintain grounds cleanliness
- Efficiently transport tools, materials and supplies as required
- Remove dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from surfaces to maintain a positive cleanness of property grounds
- Operation of power equipment such as backpack blowers, trimmers, and electric carts. Proper and efficient use of garden tools such as shovels, hoses, pruning shears, knives, and wheelbarrows
- Use proper equipment to pressure wash decks and other surfaces

- Prior grounds experience with efficient use and supervision of tools and equipment
