Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively trains all new hires onsite to assist department Manager
- Provides communication back to Department Manager regarding team and business needs
- Ensures monthly targets are met and/or exceeded
- Assists in helping close a package transaction and ensures guests meet minimum eligibility for package and/or tours
- Provides information and incentives for guests in resort according to local policies
- Ability to cover shifts for absent Team Members including interacting with guests, booking of tours and selling of packages
- Completes other duties and tasks, as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- 1+ year Marketing experience in Vacation Ownership Industry
- 1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High School/GED
- Ability to work flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekend, and holidays.
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
