As the Training Manager for Marketing, you will be responsible for the analysis, development and facilitation of consistent training materials to support brand standards alongside the needs within the Marketing division at Hilton Grand Vacations.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Shapes and defines yearly strategic plan for Marketing Training programs for applicable region/sites to exceed the company objectives. Uses current performance data in order to create just in time training solutions to site leaders and teams.
- Facilitated group sessions as well as one on one coaching sessions.
- Partners with the HGV Learning and Development team for the purposes of consistency.
- Works as a Manager on Duty (MOD) for various desk locations as needed to support the Marketing Management teams and to coach and train marketing team members to drive business results
- Facilitates other training programs on an as-needed basis.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma / equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Training
- Minimum 1 year of people management and/or experience leading a team in a sales or marketing environment
- Proficient using Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to travel to neighbor islands to conduct trainings
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to speak, read or write Japanese
- Experience within a branded Timeshare / Vacation Ownership Marketing position
