Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a motivated and results-driven In House Marketing Representative Pre Arrival to help generate future business by promoting vacation ownership opportunities and booking qualified tours for resort guests. In this role, you will contact owners and guests before their resort arrival, offer concierge services, confirm tour appointments, and promote vacation packages while delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, comfortable making outbound calls, and committed to achieving performance goals. - Conduct outbound calls to owners and guests prior to resort arrival to offer concierge services and invite them to attend sales presentations.
- Book qualified tours and support the sale of vacation packages to generate future business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual performance and marketing goals.
- Confirm guest appointments to improve tour attendance and show rates.
- Ensure guests meet eligibility requirements for gifts and promotional offers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Hilton Grand Vacations standards.
- Support tour- and marketing-related guest inquiries and issue resolution.
- Promote and distribute only approved HGV marketing materials and information.
- Follow established gifting procedures and operating standards.
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems effectively.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and other business-required shifts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, engaging personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable making outbound and cold calls.
- Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Previous sales, marketing, hospitality, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
