- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with pre-qualified, appointment-based guests
- Build rapport with guests to understand travel needs and preferences
- Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and resort amenities
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients via phone, email, and written communication
- Apply HGV sales techniques and best practices to drive performance
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and professional representation
- Attend weekly sales training and professional development sessions
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with company values
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex customer concerns
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing
- Experience in luxury sales, hospitality, marketing, or vacation ownership industries
