As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will address the customer in a professional and welcoming manner, clarify the specifics and advantages of the heavily discounted getaway package, answer questions, and discuss objections using our sales approach. Your primary goal as a call transfer agent is to qualify our callers and sell our highly discounted vacation packages to preview our luxurious resorts; These tours are designed to promote our breathtaking resorts, which offer the customer the possibility of building lasting memories with vacation ownership.
This is an in-office Call Center Vacation Sales role.
Location: 1800 Metrocenter Blvd, Orlando, FL 32835 – Check-in at reception. Must be dressed interview appropriate (business casual)
Dress professional and check-in at reception. Open availability to work during business operating hours is required to interview. Immediate start dates available for some sales roles!
This is an onsite position where open availability is required with our call center sales team selling highly discounted vacations to Hilton Honors members and other partner brands. This role offers an hourly wage plus commission/bonus, with uncapped earning potential. On average, our agents earn $60,000+ annually, with top performers earning $85,000 and up.
Duties:
- Sell approved HGV vacation packages
- Operate within company-approved scripts and guidelines
- Maintain minimum sales and conversion quotas as set by leadership
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded throughout the sales process
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evening and weekends
- Previous sales experience/ tele sales experience is preferred
- Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services sector is a plus

Qualifications:
If offered, you will be assigned a set shift between the operational hours of 7:30am and 11:00pm, weekly Mon-Sun (five working days, two days off). Open availability during business hours is essential and required to secure an interview, as set shifts are offered based on business needs. Training is Monday thru Friday (Saturdays as needed) from 8am to 4:30pm in first 4 weeks. 100% attendance is required for training and time off in the first 90 days is limited circumstantially. PTO is accrued from day one but is not available for use until after 90 days of employment. This is an onsite role and in office attendance is required. Our top performing and six figure earning agents are noted for having great attendance and phone adherence.
