In this position, you will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience while checking them in and out of the property and responding to their requests. Schedule Details: Full – Time; Must be able to work one of the following shifts: 7AM – 3PM, 11AM – 7PM, or 3PM – 11PM.
What will I be doing:
- Greets guests and owners on arrival.
- Check in/out guests.
- Generates folio and collects payments.
- Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.
- Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.
- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Cash handling experience, preferred.
- A professional demeanor.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize.
