Responsibilities:
•Create a smooth, welcoming, and exceptional experience for guests at every step of their stay, from arrival to departure.
•Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
•Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
•Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
•Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
•Promote hotel services and amenities, enhancing the guest experience.
•Handle cash, credit card, and other transactions with utmost accuracy.
•Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional hospitality education is a plus
•Demonstrated background in a front desk or customer service position, ideally within hospitality
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
•Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office
•Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
•Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
•A positive demeanor and a phenomenal teammate approach
