As a Vacation Sales Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting and selling world-class vacation packages within Great Wolf Lodge. We provide comprehensive training and proven sales techniques to ensure your success.

What will you be doing as a Vacation Sales Ambassador Team Member?
- Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
- Develop positive relationships with customers and team members
- Set bold goals and work diligently to meet and surpass sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall success
- Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored vacation solutions
- Provide concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations by offering a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge
What experience are we looking for in team members?
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Enthusiastic and can-do personality
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and sales-related software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated success in commission-based sales across sectors such as luxury goods, insurance, mortgage, hospitality, solar, restaurants, or finance
