- Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
- Assisting both restaurant as Host and coffee station a Barista.
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart/ assist with beverage orders.
- Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
- Perform opening and closing duties, as needed
- Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
- Ensure knowledge of menu
- Ensures the proper cleaning and sanitation of work areas according to regulations and standards including the Health Department, ServSafe and EcoSure
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience.
- High School/GED,
- Previous customer service experience in a Guest Service position.
- It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Previous Starbucks experience
- Previous Host Experience
- Ability to work weekend shifts and varying shifts between the hours of 10am and 10pm.
